More so when their intolerance and systematic denial of dialogue threatens social peace and safety of workers the length and breadth of the province.
The responsibility that you have to open and notorious events that have been developed in recent times can only force them to act according to your powers established by the provincial Constitution in sections 4, 5, 7, 24 and 27 Article 104.

More so when their intolerance and systematic denial of dialogue threatens social peace and safety of workers the length and breadth of the province.
